Now Offering Tamper Evident Disposable Security Bags

            This new product offering appeals to the same small to medium businesses they currently provide supplies for, yet also reaches a market of new customers. Disposable security bags are used by an array of industries beyond larger retailers, cash-in-transit (CIT), and financial institutions. Casinos, hotels, jewelry stores, and even mom-and-pop shops have the need to securely transfer cash and valuables. With transfers occurring among multiple employees, sometimes multiple times per day, it is important to have a tamper-evident method of transferring valuables and sensitive information.

We will offer secure deposit bags in multiple sizes in both clear, opaque and a vertical twin (dual pocket) option. The bags feature a sophisticated tape closure where “VOID” will appear wherever it detects freeze-based tampering. At the highest level of security, the 16 x 20” bag also offers a tamper evident seal against heat and moisture-based intrusions.

All the security bags are made of durable, 100% recyclable polyethylene film and are self-sealing with adhesive that will not allow the user to peel the bag open once it has been pressed closed. The sender signs and notes the contents or amount on both the tear-off receipt and the white, ink-friendly area that is featured on all bags. Then the sender tears off the receipt from the flap for his/her own records before loading the bag and sealing it firmly closed. The receiver cuts the bag along a dotted line, and verifies the contents against what was written by the sender. Each bag has a unique number printed on the bag as well as on the tear-off receipt to easily identify transactions and match up bags to receipts if discrepancies arise.
